CM Jagan’s Revolutionary Health Schemes: Now Expensive Treatment For Poor

CM Jagan said that revolutionary changes have been brought in Aarogyasri to provide expensive medical treatment to every poor person. To this extent, CM Jagan has started the distribution of smart Arogyashri cards with new features from the Tadepalli camp office in Tadepalli today. The CM said that this card had been created with a QR code, a photograph of the beneficiary, and other details. Meanwhile, with the intention of supporting the poor, it has been officially announced that the Aarogyasri card limit will be increased to Rs.25 lakhs.

Increase In Aarogyasri Hospitals

CM Jagan said that the free Aarogyasri services, which were limited to only 748 hospitals in the state before the YSRCP, have now been extended to 2513 hospitals. He said that measures have been taken to provide better medical care to the people of our state and other states as well. Arogyasri is being applied to 716 procedures in 85 hospitals in Hyderabad, 35 in Bangalore and 16 in Chennai.

YSR Aarogya Asara

CM Jagan said that after treating the poor, they are assisting YSR Aarogya Aasara with the intention of not having any trouble until their health deteriorates. According to the doctor’s instructions, Rs. 5 thousand per month and Rs. 10 thousand for two months are being given to every poor person who has received treatment and sent home. It is stated that Rs.1309 crores have been given to around 25,27,870 people through Aarogya Asara. So far, 53,02,816 people have been treated under Arogyasri. Similarly, Rs 1,897 crore has been spent during these four and a half years without any restrictions on deadly diseases like cancer. He said that an unprecedented 53,126 medical personnel have been appointed.
