Terrible: Footballer collapses of cardiac arrest mid-game in Premier League
An unexpected incident happened in the prestigious Premier League in London. Luton Town Football Club captain Tom Lockyer collapsed on the field during the game. The incident took place on the field, in the club’s fixture against Bournemouth.

Suddenly, 29-year-old Lockyer felt pain in his chest while the game was going on. His heart stopped beating and he collapsed on the ground. The fellow players who noticed him falling like that were shocked at once. The medical staff available at the stadium gave him emergency treatment and then he was shifted to hospital. As of the latest news today, reports are saying that the player is stable while still being treated in the hospital.
