Chiranjeevi Backstabbed Voters, Has No Right to Ask for Votes: Posani Krishna Murali

Posani Krishna Murali has stirred controversy by stating that Chiranjeevi is unfit for politics. Recently, he engaged with the media and expressed his opinions on Chiranjeevi. Posani questioned, “Chiranjeevi established the Praja Rajyam Party and secured 18 seats, but did he ever address the state’s issues in the assembly?” He asked, “After declaring he’d never return to politics, how can Chiranjeevi now resume campaigning for Janasena?” Posani exclaimed, “Many from the Kapu community are the victims of Chiranjeevi’s betrayal. Chiranjeevi should introspect on himself for this.” He demanded, “How can urban elites understand the struggles of rural dwellers?”

No Concern for People in Chiranjeevi’s Heart

Posani accused, “After establishing a party in the name of serving the public, Chiranjeevi neglected public welfare and shut his party down for good.” Posani claimed that this proves Chiranjeevi lacks empathy for the populace, viewing politics merely as a business akin to cinema. He further cited the example of BJP’s ascension in national politics from merely two MP seats and contrasted Vajpayee and Advani’s dedicated efforts with that of Chiranjeevi who directly merged his party with Congress. Posani contended that Chiranjeevi, having turned his back on the people, lost the right to solicit their votes.

Farmers Went Through Hell in Babu’s Era

Posani argued that true development prioritizes people over infrastructure. He contrasted Chandrababu’s reign, where the impoverished suffered, with Jagan’s tenure, which witnessed tangible welfare provisions. “Did Chandrababu generate wealth during his 14-year tenure?” Posani questioned, explaining that Chandrababu’s administration always had a fiscal deficit and that he has been deceiving the public all these years. Conversely, he praised CM Jagan’s commitment to human development through welfare schemes, especially in education and healthcare for the underprivileged.
