Will Nara Lokesh Get Anticipatory Bail In Inner Ring Road Case?
The AP CID officials filed a memo in the ACB court adding the name of Nara Lokesh as A14 in the Inner Ring Road case. Lokesh filed a petition in the High Court seeking anticipatory bail in this case. He alleged that he had nothing to do with the case and that his name was included only for political reasons.
Nara Lokesh wants to resume his ambitious padayatra ‘Yuvagalam’ on September 29th. But the TDP leaders suspect that the CID has issued a memo including his name in the Inner Ring Road case to arrest him without doing the padayatra. That is why Lokesh approached the High Court for anticipatory bail so that the Padayatra does not face any problems.
AP CID has included the name of Nara Lokesh in the Amaravati Inner Ring Road case. A CID memo has been filed in Vijayawada ACB court, adding the name A14. Already, TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu, along with former minister Narayana and many others, have been named as accused by CID.
In the approval of the Amaravati Capital Master Plan and Inner Ring Road Alignment, Chandrababu Naidu, former minister Narayana, Lingamaneni Ramesh, Nara Lokesh, and others conspired to get huge benefits for them and their followers and registered a complaint case against Mangalagiri MLA R.K.
