‘Memantha Siddham’ Day 17: Wound on the Forehead Yet the ‘Bus Yatra’ Goes On!

The ‘Memantha Siddham Bus Yatra’ led by YSRCP chief and CM Jagan has reached its 17th day. Although the bus yatra took a break on Wednesday to celebrate ‘Sri Rama Navami’, it resumed today at 9 AM from Tetali. Despite the wound on his forehead, CM Jagan is steadfastly pushing forward with his bus yatra, displaying unwavering determination and resolve. At every step, Jagan’s supporters and the public are showering him with adoration. The yatra will go through Tanuku, Ravulapalem, and Jonnada to reach Pottilanka and stop for a lunch break.

CM Jagan’s 85km Roadshow Energizes Crowds

CM Jagan’s roadshow spans 85 kilometres through the joint East Godavari district. In the evening, he will conduct a roadshow in Rajahmundry city. The night camp will be set up at ST Rajapuram, with stops including Kadiyapulanka, Vemagiri, Morampudi Junction, Thadi Thota Junction, Church Centre, Devi Chowk, Paper Mill Centre, Dewan Cheruvu, and Rajanagaram. Alongside bus yatra, roadshows, and interviews, the YSRCP is organizing massive public gatherings as part of the bus yatra. In light of the recent stone attack on CM Jagan, heightened security measures are being implemented.

The Bus Yatra Starts from Tetali

The bus yatra commenced from Tetali, drawing crowds of enthusiastic supporters. Despite the weather conditions, people of all ages are fervently participating in the journey. While the youth are exuberant and energetic, elders are patiently waiting day and night. The route is adorned with grand decorations, including colossal cut-outs, banners, and fireworks, while CM Jagan is being honoured with elaborate garlands and floral tributes. The scale of celebrations necessitated the use of cranes. Such scenes of enthusiasm and dedication are witnessed at every juncture of this extraordinary bus yatra.
