‘I quit, I can’t do these politics’: YSRCP Giddaluru MLA Anna Rambabu

As the assembly elections are approaching, the ruling YSR Congress party is facing a series of setbacks. While Visakha local body MLC Vamsi Krishna Yadav has resigned from the party, Giddaluru MLA Anna Venkata Rambabu has announced that he is completely withdrawing from politics. He said that he is fed up with the current politics. He is deeply unhappy with the current politics and his party leaders turning against him in Giddaluru.

MLA Anna Rambabu participated in the government’s Gadapa Gadapaku program organized at Kambham in the Giddaluru constituency of Prakasam district on Wednesday. He made key remarks on this occasion. “Should I contest the next election? I am in doubt now. Some are spreading false propaganda against me. I am not against any caste or religion. If it is proved that I betrayed the interests of the Reddy caste, I am prepared for any punishment,” he said.

“Although I have not done anything wrong, I have been suffering from emotional distress for four years. I am having to bear others’ words unnecessarily.” He got emotional saying this. “Till now I am doing politics by selling my own properties. Some people are doing damage to the party. They should stop doing so immediately,” he said. “I can’t fit in the current politics. Even my health is not cooperating with politics. Health reasons are also another reason for me to leave politics,” said Anna Ramababu.

On this occasion, He expressed his anger against MP Magunta Sreenivasulu Reddy. He asked what did Magunta do to the Prakasam district. “The Magunta family has been in politics for 34 years, but don’t encourage them in the coming elections. I will tour the whole district for his defeat,” said MLA Rambabu.
