Nagababu Leaves Atchutapuram Residence Ahead of AP Elections

Janasena Party’s State General Secretary, Konidela Nagababu, who resides in Atchutapuram under the Anakapalli Lok Sabha Constituency, has declared his intention to contest from the Anakapalli MP seat in the upcoming election. However, his sudden departure to Hyderabad, after expressing his desire to conduct all election activities in Achyutapuram, has raised questions in political circles.

Is it due to concerns about potential failure?

Nagababu, who had planned to contest as a joint MP candidate of TDP and Jana Sena in Anakapalli, packed his bags from Anakapalli and shifted to Hyderabad before the election. But recently, it seems that a survey has been done on the issue of the result if he contests as an MP. After conducting reviews in the constituencies for seven days, the real matter was known. It is reported that YSRCP is likely to get a huge majority in the next election than before. It is in this background that the idea of contesting from Anakapalli has been abandoned.

War is one-sided

After the TDP and Janasena announced joint tickets, dissent among the party members surfaced. Some are upset about not receiving tickets, while others oppose those who did. This disunity may benefit the YSRCP, especially in Anakapalli, where the party has gained momentum with its welfare initiatives. Surveys indicate YSRCP’s strength in the upcoming elections, prompting speculation about Nagababu’s sudden departure from the area.
