One-man show in a political party leads to Monarchy: JD Lakshminarayana

Jai Bharat National Party President JD Lakshminarayana made some interesting comments. He criticized that while the AP voters rejected the BJP long ago, regional parties are lining up to partner with the BJP, not respecting public opinion. He pointed out that there is a necessity to oust parties that promote religious fanaticism.

He advised to people to elect a leader who would properly implement the constitution in the upcoming elections. He warned that if there is a one-man show in a political party, then the consequences will lead to a monarchy. He said the unveiling of the Ambedkar statue set up by the government, on the 19th of this month, is a good development. At the same time, he reminded people of Ambedkar’s words, “Recognize me by my books rather than my idols.”

Lakshminarayana criticized that even though the regional parties got four opportunities to depose the Center in the past, there were times when the leaders fell at the feet of the Center for their own interests. He said that looking at the attitude of the regional parties, the issue of special status has vanished from public discourse. He said that special status should not remain as a slogan and that all the people should unite and achieve it. Lakshminarayana said that the Jai Bharat National Party will support this struggle.
