Political heat around the Pithapuram Assembly seat: YSRCP’s plan to counter Pawan!

Politics is getting juicy in AP. At present all politics is revolving around Pithapuram since Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan announced that he is contesting from Pithapuram. In this background, YSRCP has put a special focus on Pithapuram and announced Vanga Geetha as its Pithapuram candidate. YSRCP entrusted Mithun Reddy with the responsibility of the Pithapuram elections. But Kapu movement leader Mudragada Padmanabham will join YSRCP today along with his son Giri. As these two are coming into direct politics after a long time, political equations are changing rapidly in AP.

Mudragada joins the AP election fray!

YSRCP is taking steps to defeat Pawan Kalyan in the coming Assembly elections. It seems that the party is planning to field Kapu movement leader Mudragada from Pithapuram, where the Kapu social class is predominant. However, for the Janasena chief, who is contesting from Pithapuram after taking into account all parameters, victory does not seem easy to achieve. It looks like YSRCP is working hard to defeat Pawan Kalyan this time too. It is in this order that the YSRCP party is planning to bring Mudragada against Pawan from Pithapuram to make the competition tough for Pawan.

YSRCP in talks with Vanga Geetha

It is known that YS Jagan has appointed Vanga Geetha as the in-charge of Pithapuram YSRCP. However, it seems that CM Jagan is moving forward with a clear strategy in view of Mudragada coming to YSRCP. It is heard that recently Vanga Geetha called the CMO and held discussions. It is reported that if Mudragada Padmanabham joins YSRCP, he is also thinking of fielding one of his family members from Pithapuram. In her meeting with the CM, it is heard that Geetha is also ready to leave if Mudragada joins the party. If this happens, Vanga Geetha is expected to be allotted another assembly constituency from the Kakinada Parliament segment instead.
