Supreme Court’s Shock To CBN: ‘Must Follow Bail Conditions’

The Supreme Court gave a twist to Chandrababu. Previously, he was granted bail by the AP High Court. Then, the Supreme Court looked into the details of the case, on Tuesday, about Chandrababu’s bail cancellation petition in the skill development case. This hearing was held in the Supreme Court on a petition filed by AP CID seeking the cancellation of Chandrababu’s bail. Subsequently, the Court has issued a notice to Chandrababu to file a counter before December 8.

The Supreme Court has modified the judgment given by the AP High Court which had said there were no conditions. The Supreme Court said that Chandrababu should not hold any political meetings. It is said that Chandrababu can only attend public meetings. The court ordered Chandrababu not to talk about the matters related to the case. It said that the orders will continue till further investigation. The top court has made it clear that Chandrababu has to comply with the bail conditions. It has postponed the next hearing to December 11.
