YSRCP: Migrations from TDP-BJP-JSP alliance into Jagan camp ahead of elections

Assembly and Lok Sabha elections in AP will take place on May 13. Against this backdrop, there is a rapid movement of migration and inclusion within the major parties. Recently, several senior leaders from various parts of the state have switched allegiance to the YSRCP, leaving TDP and Jana Sena. With the increasing influx into the YSRCP, there has been a commotion at the Tadepalli CM’s office. Leaders and followers from TDP and Janasena, spanning from Uttarandhra to Nellore, have converged at the camp office. Jagan has extended a cordial invitation to all of them to join the YSRCP.

Focus shifts to Vijayawada

YSRCP leader YS Jagan initially focused on Vijayawada. Alongside inducting TDP and Janasena leaders into the party, special emphasis was placed on the East. Meanwhile, senior leader Yalamanchili Ravi has remained neutral in the constituency for some time. It’s indicated that Ravi needs to collaborate effectively to ensure the victory of the YSRCP candidate Devineni Avinash. Additionally, Jagan held direct discussions with former minister Sidda Raghava Rao.

TDP cadre’s discontent

Senior TDP leader Venati Ramachandra Reddy from Sullurupeta has joined YSRCP. He joined YS Jagan in the CM’s camp office in Tadepally. Meanwhile, in Avanigadda of Krishna district, TDP leaders have taken a step further by collectively resigning from their party positions, along with more than 30 individuals. However, the TDP cadre is furious about the party’s decision to grant tickets to individuals other than those who have been loyal to the party for 40 years, supporting its existence.
