Modi’s Critical Comments: ‘Don’t compare China with India’

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has opposed the repeated comparison of India with China in terms of economic growth. He made interesting comments in an interview given to a media organization. He made it clear that India should never be compared with China in terms of economic development. He said that China is a country under dictatorship, and it is not correct to compare India with such a country. Modi believes that comparing India with other democratic countries is justified. He commented that there is no democracy in China.

He clarified that there are no problems like unemployment and corruption in India. If there were only those problems, India would not have developed so fast, he said. Modi emphasized that India is the fastest-growing country in the world. Modi said that people of Indian origin are in CEO positions in world-class companies. This is a perfect example of the fact that there is no skill gap in India. On this occasion, the Prime Minister revealed that his government is creating favourable conditions for investments with the aim of attracting foreign companies.
