PM Modi tries to impress the South with ‘pancha’ on Sankranti

Prime Minister Modi was a special attraction at the Sankranti celebrations in Delhi. Modi attended the ceremony at Union Minister L. Murugan’s residence in Delhi. The PM attended the Sankranti celebrations at this residence along with many dignitaries. Along with the Prime Minister, Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan participated in the celebrations.

Pujas to Gomatha

Modi impressed with the traditional Pancha of South India. Modi wore a black coat and a white lungi. On this occasion, Modi garlanded Gomata and offered pooja. He then spoke, “Happy Sankranti to all the people of the country. I hope that the Sankranti festival will bring peace and happiness to everyone’s homes.” Videos related to this have gone viral on social media.
