Rahul Gandhi’s Defamation Petition Rejected by Jharkhand High Court

In 2018, Rahul Gandhi filed a petition to stop the trial court proceedings in a criminal defamation case related to his negative comments about Amit Shah. However, the bench overseeing the case denied his request during a hearing on Friday. BJP leader Naveen Jha accused Rahul Gandhi of making inappropriate remarks about Amit Shah and filed a defamation suit in the Jharkhand High Court. The court recently dismissed Rahul’s petition. Now, we wait to see what actions the court will take regarding this matter.
