“Ready for ED’s investigation if it can telecast questioning live”: Arvind Kejriwal

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who is facing serious charges in the Delhi liquor scam, made a key statement. He announced that the ED is ready to investigate the liquor scam case. He said that he would attend the hearing if the court assured him that the ED would not arrest him. Kejriwal recently filed a petition in the Delhi High Court. He asked the court to direct the ED not to take coercive action (arrest).

In the petition on behalf of Arvind Kejriwal, he stated that he is ready to cooperate with the investigation but the ED should not take strict action. It is known that the ED has issued a summons to him today for the investigation of the Delhi liquor scam case. Summons have already been issued nine times in this matter. While the ED also filed a petition in the Rouse Avenue Court of Delhi under the violation of summons, Kejriwal successfully got bail in the case.
