While in power, KCR sought to fill two MLC seats in the governor’s quota. The KCR government has recommended the names of Dasoju Sravan Kumar and K. Satyanarayana to be selected as MLCs. But then there was a fierce dispute between the governor and the government. With this, Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan rejected the recommendations and sent the proposal back to the government. With this decision, a fierce controversy continued between Raj Bhavan and Pragathi Bhavan.
