BRS is paralysed by lack of candidates: Bandi Sanjay on Lok Sabha elections

BJP MP Bandi Sanjay criticized KCR for not learning his lessons even after the Telangana community rejected him and put him aside. He was angry that KCR was trying to make people believe again with raw lies and illusions. Sanjay countered the comments made by KCR in Kadana Bheri Sabha in Karimnagar.

Bandi Sanjay criticized that the BRS party lacked candidates in the parliamentary elections. All the leaders of that party were looking towards other parties, he said. Sanjay questioned KCR that if former MP Vinod Kumar was honest, why did he not talk about the acquisition of Bhoodan lands worth Rs 500 crores. Sanjay made harsh comments that KCR is a corrupt leader. He was furious that KCR was conspiring to stir old sentiments.

Sanjay accused KCR of agreeing to merge 7 mandals of Bhadrachalam with AP. Sanjay asked whether KCR gave any smart city funds to Karimnagar or had the centre sanctioned them. While the Centre had sanctioned Rs 196 crores under the ‘Smart City’ scheme, then why the state has not released an additional Rs 196 crores under the ‘Matching Grant’, asked Sanjay. He said that he had even complained to the Centre when the KCR government resorted to diverting the ‘Smart City’ funds.
