Challenge Before Congress: 60 thousand crores Needed For Implementation Of 6 guarantees

Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka has been allotted the finance department in Telangana. In this context, Bhatti conducted a detailed review with the secretaries and officials of the Finance Department. The officials were asked about the financial condition of the state, revenue expenditure and other issues. It was decided in the cabinet meeting to release a white paper on the state’s income, expenditures, and benefits from 2 June 2014. Bhatti Vikramarka also discussed the related issues with the officials.

Implementation Of 6 Guarantees In 100 days

He said that Congress is committed to the implementation of every guarantee in the given six guarantees, and two guarantees have been started within two days. He assured that the state’s resources would be used for wealth creation. Congress’s agenda is to distribute the created wealth to the people. It has been revealed that six guarantees will be implemented in the first hundred days. Industries, IT, and services will be encouraged. Bhatti commented that the BRS criticized that there was no warranty for the six guarantees, but people answered with a slap.

60 Thousand Crores For Six Guarantees

The State Finance Department has estimated that 50,000 to 60,000 crores will be required for the implementation of the six guarantees promised by the Congress party in the elections. The authorities have started an exercise on how much the burden will fall on the government with each guarantee. The Mahalakshmi scheme came into effect on Saturday. Insurance increase under Rajiv Arogyashri was also implemented. Also, it is estimated that the burden of 200 units of free electricity for the houses will be around 4 thousand crores. In the Indiramma House Scheme, house land will be given to the homeless, five lakhs will be given for house construction, and 250 yards of house land will be given to Telangana activists.

21 Thousand Crores For Farmer Assurance

Investment assistance will be provided to farmers and tenants in the name of ‘Rythu Bharosa’. Fifteen thousand per acre and 12,000 per acre per year. It is estimated that this scheme will be 21 thousand crores. 10,500 crore should be given to the farmers per season. In addition to this, a monthly pension of 4 thousand should be given to the elderly, widows, disabled, beedi workers, single women, Kallugeeta,- handloom workers, HIV, Bodakalu sufferers and those undergoing dialysis. It is said that for this it will be 1,500 crores to 2 thousand crores every month.
