DGP Ravi Gupta Issues Orders For New Year Celebrations: Rules To Follow?

Hyderabad police imposed many restrictions on New Year. To this extent, DGP Ravi Gupta conducted a review on drug eradication in the state on Friday. The DGP has issued orders to be vigilant during the New Year celebrations. He advised the police to set up special vigilance, especially to prevent the arrival of drugs from other states.

Control of Drugs

The officials were directed to be alert during the New Year celebrations and act strictly on drug control. Narcotics Bureau officers, commissioners and higher officials participated in the program. It is known that the organizers of the event should get permission ten days in advance and make sure that noise does not exceed 45 decibels, and CC cameras and obscene dances are not allowed in the events. The celebrations should end before 1 am.
