Did the police catch Governor Tamilisai’s X account hacker yet?

The cyber crime police have accelerated the investigation into the hack of Governor Tamilisai’s X account. The account is said to be secured. With this, Governor Tamilisai updated her profile picture. It is known that the governor’s Twitter (X) account was hacked by cybercriminals on the 14th of this month. Police registered a case after Raj Bhavan officials filed a complaint. As part of the investigation, it was found that it operated from three IP addresses in the country.

It has been confirmed that the hacking attempt was made through Hathway, ACT Fibernet and another internet service, for compromising Governor Tamilisai’s X account. In this context, the police asked the service providers to provide the details of those IP addresses. They revealed that the accused would be arrested as soon as the details were received. It is known that the Governor’s X profile was blank when it was hacked.
