Etela Rajender: ‘Contesting Gajwel Because I am a KCR Victim Too!’
BJP leader Etela Rajender said that he did not come to Gajwel because he had nowhere to go, but came to contest to fight KCR. He said that he is also a victim of CM KCR and he is contesting against him because injustice has been done to him. Etela said that this is the reason for contesting against KCR in Gajwel. He said that like CM KCR, he too has not lost even once in his political career. ‘Will CM KCR win? Or will the public vote for Etela?’ He said that the answer to this question is in the hands of the people of Gajwel.
Etela Explains Why He Is Contesting KCR
He commented that people’s lands were taken away for the sin of voting for KCR and that he is contesting against KCR to remove the burden of the state. On this occasion, Etela stated that the people of Telangana know what he is and the people have recognized the active role he played in the Telangana movement. He was angry that he was thrown out of TRS and replaced by Minister Harish Rao. He alleged that KCR spent 600 crores of illegal earnings in six months to defeat him in the Huzurabad by-election. He said that when he was the Minister of Health, he served the people during the Corona crisis without even counting their lives.
Both Leaders Contending Two Seats
Etela Rajender is contesting this election in Huzurabad and Gajwel. He came out of BRS in a disgraceful manner after losing his ministerial post. He then joined the BJP and won the Huzurabad by-election. Now, he is contesting against CM KCR. All eyes are on the Gajwel constituency right now. CM KCR is also contesting from Gajwel and Kamareddy.
