Kadiyam Srihari, Kavya join Congress!
The migration from BRS to the Congress party has commenced in Telangana, with leaders joining the ruling Congress day by day. Hyderabad GHMC Mayor Gadwal Vijayalakshmi joined on Saturday, followed by BRS MLA Kadiyam Srihari and his daughter Kadiyam Kavya joining the Congress party on Sunday morning. Deepa Dasmunshi, in-charge of the party’s state affairs, invited them to join the party, wrapping them with the Congress scarf at CM Revanth’s residence in Hyderabad.

It is noteworthy that in the previous assembly elections, BRS chief KCR gave the Station Ghanpur ticket to Kadiyam Srihari instead of a sitting MLA. Additionally, assurance was given for the Warangal MP ticket for his daughter. However, they opted to join the Hastam party. There’s speculation that the Warangal Parliament ticket might be offered to his daughter Kavya.
