Key Development In Delhi Liquor Scam Case: SC Sets 6-Month Deadline

A key development has taken place in the Delhi Liquor Scam case which created a sensation in the country. It is known that BRS MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha and Magunta Raghava Reddy, who faced serious charges in this case, are being investigated. Recently the Supreme Court has given important instructions on the Delhi Liquor Scam case.

‘The investigation should be completed within six months‘

The Supreme Court ordered the completion of the Delhi Liquor Scam case investigation in another six months. However, the allegations of CBI and ED in this case are contradictory to each other. The court granted bail to Binoy Babu saying that it is not appropriate to keep the accused in jail for a long time before the trial. Meanwhile, the investigation into the Delhi Liquor Scam case has been going on for a year and a half.
