Team India Schedule for 2024: More Tests To be Played

The Indian cricket team is currently busy on South Africa tour. As part of this, 3 T20s, 3 ODIs and 2 Tests are to be played. The safari tour will start from December 10 with the T20 series. Meanwhile, the schedule for India to play in 2024 has arrived. Team India will play more Tests next year. The Indian cricket team, which played fewer Tests in 2023, will play 17 Tests simultaneously in the next 14 months. Now, let’s see who and when these tests will be held.

So far, India has played only two Tests against West Indies as part of the Test Championship 2025. India is currently on a tour of South Africa and has to play two Tests. After this tour, a 5-Test series against England will begin at home on January 25. In August, we have to play two test series against Bangladesh in India and 3 Test matches against New Zealand in September. In December, India will land in Australia for 5 Tests.

India reached the finals of the Test Championship two times in a row but lost against New Zealand in 2021 and against Australia in 2023. And we have to see what kind of results Team India will record in the final of the 2025 Test Championship. While there is a mega tournament, the T20 World Cup, in 2024, this year, India will play only 3 ODIs.
