Rahul Gandhi: ‘Will Fulfil All The Promises Given To Telangana’

The Congress party has won the Telangana assembly election emphatically. They won the seats required for a simple majority. Congress, which has managed to come to power in Telangana, however, was defeated in the states of Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi responded to this. He posted on X that ‘It has nothing to do with victory and defeat, the ideological war will continue and I respect the decision of the people’. Similarly, he thanked the voters for the Congress victory in Telangana. He said that he would surely fulfil all the promises made to the people of the state.

Success Due To Rahul’s ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’

Congress won this election on the back of Rahul Gandhi’s ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’, which he carried out across the country. Along with this, Revanth Reddy’s election campaigns brought more momentum. It seems that the behaviour of the incumbent BRS leaders also contributed to the success of the Congress. Mainly, it seems that Congress campaigning in Telangana that this election is a war between the nobles and the people, and the slogan ‘We want change and We want Congress’ has penetrated the people. So far, Congress has won 64 seats in Telangana, BRS has won 39 seats, MIM has won 7 seats, BJP has won 8 seats and CPI has won one seat.
