Revanth Reddy Performs Prayers In All Faiths’ Places Of Worship

As the time for the Telangana Assembly elections is approaching, the Election Commission is rapidly completing the arrangements. Arrangements for not only polling but also counting of votes have started. Telangana assembly election polling will be held on November 30 and votes will be counted on December 3. The state government has also finalized the latest vote-counting centres in this regard. It has been announced that the counting of votes will be done in 49 centres in 33 districts. In this regard, the Central Election Commission has given its seal of approval to the proposals sent by the state officials. With this, the officials have started arrangements for the counting of votes in the centres.

All Arrangements Are Complete

Model polling stations have also been set up to increase the polling percentage. 595 of these will be set up, five each for each constituency. They will be designed differently from other polling stations. Generally, one polling centre is set up for 1200 voters in villages and one polling centre for 1400 voters in urban areas. PWD has also planned to set up one polling station per constituency for voters with special needs. There are 34,891 polling stations across the state. To accommodate all the voters in the voters’ list, this number has reached 35 thousand.

Revanth Reddy Performs Special Pooja

Polling will be held from 7 AM to 5 PM tomorrow. The top leaders of the parties are performing special pooja as the campaign is closed. They are praying that the people of Telangana should vote for their party and make them win. As part of this, TPCC president Revanth Reddy visited the Bhagyalakshi temple near Charminar. After that, he conducted a special pooja to Sri Venkateswara Swamy in Birla Temple. Along with Revanth Reddy, Congress in-charge Thackeray, Anjan Kumar Yadav and Mallu Ravi also visited the temple. The Congress guarantee card was placed in front of Lord Venkateswara. From Birla Mandir, he went directly to Nampally Dargah and offered special prayers.
