Revanth Reddy’s First Speech As Telangana Chief Minister

Revanth Reddy delivered his first speech after taking an oath as Telangana’s chief minister. He said that Telangana state is not a state that was formed by accident but a state that was formed on the foundations of struggles and sacrifices. Revanth said that Sonia Gandhi established the state of Telangana with steel determination with the idea that the state should restore many aspirations and hopes, restore democracy, give freedom to the four crore people of the state, do social justice from Asifabad to Alampur and from Khammam to Kodangal.

Congress Will Fulfil All Aspirations

Revanth Reddy said that democracy has been killed in Telangana for a decade, and human rights have been violated. Revanth Reddy said that since there is no one in this government to listen to their grievances, the people have suffered in silence for the last ten years. He explained that the kingdom that people have won for themselves is the Indiramma kingdom. He said today that Congress is ready to fulfil the aspirations of four crore people of Telangana, especially Telangana farmers, students, unemployed youth and families of martyrs.

Share Your Ideas With the Government

Revanth Reddy assured that people can come to Pragati Bhavan without any hindrance and share their thoughts and aspirations with the government. He confirmed keeping his promise as a favourite leader in taking ideas and development in the state. And promised that Congress would prove that they were not rulers but elected servants to serve the people. Revanth said, “We will take Hyderabad city as well as Telangana forward in the path of development to compete with the world while maintaining law and order. Considering the Congress government, Sonia Gandhi, Mallikarjun Kharge’s leadership and Rahul Gandhi’s instructions will lead the state in the path of development.”

Congress Supports Unemployed Youth, Martyrs Families

Revanth Reddy reminded us that lakhs of workers worked hard without counting their lives to bring Congress to power. He said that from today, the state government will work with the aim of providing justice to the unemployed youth and the families of the martyrs. In this auspicious event, Revanth Reddy concluded his speech by thanking the national level Congress leaders, Chief Ministers of various states, ministers of multiple states, leaders of fellow political parties, leaders of many political parties who played the most crucial role in the Indian alliance, and fellow parliamentarians, who participated in the formation of Indiramma Rajyam.
