TS Government’s Initiatives: Gold Assistance for Newly Married, Gurukula School Plans

The government in Telangana is planning to provide support to families with newly married girls. CM Revanth Reddy has instructed officials to estimate the cost of giving gold to beneficiaries of Kalyana Lakshmi and Shaadi Mubarak schemes. He suggested implementing the plan to distribute gold along with financial assistance. Additionally, there is a directive to conduct a study for establishing a BC study circle for the Lok Sabha constituency. Funds for welfare hostels are to be expedited through a green channel.

Furthermore, there is a proposal to identify a suitable location for constructing independent buildings for Gurukula schools. In a separate review at the Secretariat, CM Revanth Reddy, along with Ministers Ponnam Prabhakar, Seethakka, Government Advisor Shabbir Ali, and officials from BC, Minority, and Tribal Welfare Departments, discussed and initiated the review process.
