TSPSC Operations Commence: Significant Update on Group-4 Result

The Telangana Public Service Commission (TSPSC) has initiated the release of results for completed written exams and is preparing to conduct pending exams. Following the recent changes in the TSPSC members and Chairman, the newly constituted commission, led by Chairman Mahender Reddy, is gearing up for its first meeting. The Group-4 results are expected to be released within a week. Additionally, a Group-1 notification with 503 posts has been released, attracting 3.80 lakh applicants.

Despite challenges in conducting prelims exams, including cancellations due to paper leakage and High Court interventions, the TSPSC has filed a case in the Supreme Court. Finance Special CS Ramakrishna Rao has ordered departments to provide details of Group-1 post vacancies. Hopes for a supplementary notification are rising among the unemployed. Furthermore, the TSPSC Group-4 notification aimed to fill 8,180 posts, with the exam conducted in July last year and results anticipated soon. The selection process involves a general rank list announcement, followed by individual candidate ranking, leading to selections for district and zone-wise posts based on marks obtained.
