Horrific Fire Accident in Bangladesh Claims 44 Lives

A devastating fire broke out in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. Flames suddenly engulfed a seven-story restaurant, resulting in the death of 44 people, while another 22 were seriously injured, according to the local police. The incident occurred at around 9 PM last night.

The ‘Kacchi Bhai’ restaurant in Dhaka, a seven-story building, was crowded with customers at 9 PM last night. Suddenly, flames erupted on the first floor and quickly spread to other floors within moments. Everyone ran in panic due to fear for their lives. The heavy smoke caused widespread distress. Locals informed the police and fire services. Thirteen fire service units worked intensively until midnight to control the fire and rescued 75 people. Those injured were taken to local hospitals. However, the causes of the fire are still unknown, and investigations are underway.
