Railways Causing Severe Hardships to Passengers: Some More Trains Cancelled

Railway officials are causing severe trouble for passengers. They have cancelled 10 trains on the Vijayawada-Visakhapatnam route and rescheduled another 15 services. Passengers are facing significant difficulties due to the cancellation of day trains. Additionally, they are expressing anger over the arbitrary cancellation of reservation tickets. The authorities have cancelled the Simhadri, Ratnachal SF Express, Uday Express, and Rayagada Express trains, which are usually very crowded. Thousands of people rely on these trains daily to reach their destinations between Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada.

In response to passenger opposition, the authorities rescheduled and restored the Visakhapatnam-Lingampalli Janmabhoomi Express. They diverted the AP Express, which was originally scheduled to travel via Vijayawada-Kazipet. Until August 10, they have completely cancelled the Rajahmundry-Visakhapatnam Passenger, Visakhapatnam-Machilipatnam Express, Visakhapatnam-Tirupati Double Decker, and several other trains. The railway authorities announced that they cancelled the services due to ongoing railway safety work between the Kadiyam-Nidadavolu and Kazipet-Balharshah sections.
