South Central Railway Launches Trains from Telugu States to Ayodhya

Railway officials announced the launch of a special train from Kazipet to Ayodhya today for devotees visiting Balarama in Ayodhya. The train from Kazipet will depart at 6:20 PM. Railway officials urge devotees to make good use of this opportunity.

The special train number 07223 from Kazipet will run a total of 15 trips on February 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28. The train will run from Ayodhya to Kazipet. The train will be available for devotees on February 6, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25, 27, 29, and March 2. The train departing from Kazipet at 6:20 PM will reach Ayodhya at 9:35 PM the next day. The train leaving Ayodhya at 2:20 PM will arrive in Kazipet at 7:02 PM the next day. The train stops at Peddapalli, Ramagundam, Mancherial, Bellampalli, Sirpur Kagaznagar, Balharshah, Chandrapur, Sevagram, Nagpur, Jujarpur, Itarsi, Bhopal, Bina, Virangana, Jhansi, Orai, Khanpur, and finally at Ayodhya station. This train has 20 sleeper coaches and 2 general bogies.

The Indian Railways has launched a special express train named ‘Astha’ from Secunderabad Railway Station on Monday for pilgrims visiting Ayodhya for the darshan of Lord Balarama. This special train was inaugurated by BJP MLAs Katipally Venkataramana Reddy and Suryanarayana, who flagged off the journey. 1,346 passengers are traveling to Ayodhya on this special train for the darshan of Ram Lalla. The Secunderabad Railway Station Premises Resonated with Chants of Ram’s Name during the Special Train’s Departure to Ayodhya. The special train from Ayodhya will return to Secunderabad on the 9th of this month.

The special train No. 07221 will operate from Secunderabad to Ayodhya on select dates in February, including the 7th, 9th, 11th, 13th, 15th, 17th, 19th, 21st, 23rd, 25th, 27th, and 29th, facilitating pilgrims’ journey to Ayodhya. With the same train number, the service from Ayodhya to Secunderabad will be available on February 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, and on March 1 and 3. The train departs from Secunderabad at 4:45 PM and arrives in Ayodhya the next day at 9:30 PM. The train departs from Ayodhya at 2:20 PM and reaches Secunderabad the following evening at 4:10 PM. The train departs from Kazipet and halts at every station served by the Astha Express special train.
