Tragic Train Accident in Jharkhand Claims 12 Lives

A tragic train accident occurred in Jamtara, Jharkhand, resulting in the loss of 12 lives. A fire broke out onboard, causing passengers to panic and jump off the train. Unfortunately, they were hit by an oncoming Jhajha-Asansol train. Railway officials immediately headed to Sanghanasthali upon receiving the news. The relief efforts were challenging due to the darkness of the night.

The accident occurred near Kalajharia in Karmatanr, Jamtara. Sadly, 12 people lost their lives, and others were injured. Railway police and local officials arrived promptly, initiating rescue efforts. The injured have been transported to the hospital for treatment.

The Anga Express train suddenly caught fire, prompting passengers to jump off. Tragically, the Jhajha-Asansol train, approaching from earlier, ran over some of the passengers.
