Bumrah is already ranked number one in ODI and T20 cricket. He recently made history by also becoming the top-ranked bowler in Tests, making him the number one bowler in all three formats. This marks the first time in cricket history that a bowler has achieved this feat.

Ashwin has held the top spot in the ICC Test bowler rankings since March of last year. After taking just three wickets in the Test at Vizag, he dropped two places to third position. Currently, Bumrah leads with 881 points, followed by South African pace bowler Kagiso Rabada with 851 points. Among Indian bowlers, Ashwin ranks third while Jadeja holds the ninth position.

Bumrah, who secured 14 wickets across two Tests against England, reached the milestone of 150 Test wickets. In the team rankings, Australia holds the top spot with 117 points, while India follows closely in second place. New Zealand’s star batsman Kane Williamson maintains his position as the number one ranked Test player. Among Indian players, only Virat Kohli holds the 7th position with 760 rating points.
