SRK and Nayanthara Shine Bright at Dadasaheb Phalke Awards 2024

Last night, Mumbai hosted the ‘Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival awards-2024’, an annual event honouring outstanding actors and technicians in the film industry. Numerous film celebrities attended the ceremony. Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan was honoured as the best actor for his exceptional performance in the film ‘Jawan’, released last year, which garnered significant acclaim and box office success. Shah Rukh displayed remarkable talent portraying a dual role in the movie. Additionally, renowned actress Nayanthara, who starred in ‘Jawan’, received the Best Actress award for her stellar performance.

Meanwhile, Ranbir Kapoor and director Sandeep Reddy Vanga were recognized for their work in the acclaimed film ‘Animal’, with Vanga receiving the Best Director award. Bobby Deol was honoured as Best Villain for his role in the same film, while Vicky Kaushal received the Best Actor award for ‘Sam Bahadur’. Anirudh Ravichander was celebrated as the Best Music Director. Yesudas was honoured with the Outstanding Contribution in the Music Industry Award, while Moushumi Chatterjee received the Outstanding Contribution in the Film Industry Award. Additionally, numerous technicians and television actors were also recognized during the event.
