Leo’s Kerala Promotions Disrupted: Injuries To Lokesh Kanagaraj In Theatre

It is known that the movie Leo was made under the direction of Lokesh Kanagaraj with Vijay as the hero. On the occasion of Dussehra, the film was released in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi languages. Although there is a divide talk in Telugu and Tamil, the movie is going ahead in terms of collections. As part of the promotions, Lokesh Kanagaraj and the movie team went to Kerala yesterday. Lokesh Kanagaraj, who went to a mall in Palakkad, Kerala, revealed that he was injured. Lokesh got a leg injury and the promotions were stopped midway as he went back to Chennai. It seems that other campaign programs in Kerala have been cancelled too. Reportedly Lokesh’s leg was injured at the Aroma Theatre in Palakkad. Lokesh Kanagaraj reached Kerala yesterday morning as part of Leo’s promotion. Hundreds of fans flocked to see the director at Aroma Theatre in Palakkad.

Although Gokulam Movies, which released the film in Malayalam, had prepared full security arrangements, Lokesh was injured in a small stampede as people rushed to see Lokesh in the theatre. The police also resorted to lathi-charge to control those who violated the rules. In this order, the events of Thrissur Ragam Theatre and Kochi Kavitha Theatre scheduled to be held today have been cancelled. Lokesh informed on social media that the press-meet to be held in Kochi will be held another day. Today being a holiday too, Leo continues to rake in record collections with houseful shows.
