Mansoor Ali Khan, Trisha Controversy Resolved: What Transpired?

The dispute between Tamil actor Mansoor Ali Khan and Trisha seems to have ended finally. His comments about Trisha caused quite a stir recently.

The controversy started when Mansoor said in an interview, “Knowing that Trisha is acting in Leo, I thought there would be at least one bedroom scene between me and Trisha. Just like my previous films, I thought that Trisha, the heroine, could be taken to the bedroom in this film, but it didn’t happen. Trisha wasn’t even shown to me on the sets when the shooting was going on in Kashmir.”

As this news went viral on social media, Trisha reacted strongly to it on X. “I have come across a video of Mansoor Ali Khan talking badly about me and I strongly condemn it,” she posted. In that post, she went on to explain to fans that she was lucky to have never shared screen space with someone like him and that she would never work with him again in her career. She added that people like Mansoor Ali Khan give humanity a bad name.

In the meantime, the Tamil Nadu DGP has been directed to conduct an inquiry into the matter by the National Commission for Women. While Mansoor was supposed to attend the hearing on Thursday, he revealed that he would come on Friday. But today Mansoor Ali Khan finally apologized. “I fought for a week without a sword, I won this battle without bloodshed, I sincerely thank everyone who stood by me. My comments hurt Trisha’s mind, I apologize for that, and this Kalinga war is over.”

Later, Trisha responded promptly to this apology. She posted on X saying, “To err is human, to forgive is divine”, indicating indirectly that she has forgiven Mansoor.
