PM Modi Inaugurates State-of-the-Art NACIN Academy in AP

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the NACIN Academy in Andhra Pradesh, specifically the National Academy of Customs, Indirect Tax, and Narcotics. The academy, constructed in Palasamudram, Sri Satya Sai district, adheres to international standards. Subsequently, Prime Minister Modi toured the state-of-the-art campus established at NACIN, where officials provided information about the facilities available.

Spanning an expansive area of 503 acres, the NACIN Center was developed at a cost of 541 crores through a collaborative effort between the Central and State Governments. This facility will serve as the training ground for those selected for the Indian Revenue Service (IRS).

Earlier in the day, Prime Minister Modi arrived at Puttaparthi Airport in Sri Sathya Sai District via a special flight from Delhi. From there, he proceeded to Lepakshi Temple, where he received a warm welcome from temple’s officials and priests. During his visit, Prime Minister Modi participated in a special pooja to Veerabhadra Swamy, and the priests elaborated on the temple’s unique features.
