Kinnera Mogulaiah meets CM Revanth at his residence, presents a song about him

Kinnera instrumentalist Padmashri Mogulaiah visited the residence of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. He, along with his young son, was invited to Minister Konda Surekha’s residence by the CM. During the visit, Mogulaiah showcased his talent in front of CM Revanth, singing the folk song ‘Puttindo puli pilla Kondareddypallilona’. Impressed by Mogulaiah’s performance, CM Revanth congratulated him. Subsequently, it was reported that personal issues were discussed with the CM.

Mogulaiah, a Kinnera musician from Ausalikunta village in the Lingal mandal of Nagarkurnool district, holds the distinction of being the sole player of the twelve-step kinnera instrument. Recognizing his contribution to the art, Mogulaiah was conferred with the Padma Shri in 2022 by the central government. The previous BRS government also acknowledged his talent and provided financial assistance.
