Rain Alert: Heavy Showers Expected in Several Districts of Telangana
The Meteorological Department has issued a rain alert for several districts in Telangana, anticipating rainfall due to the effect of a surface circulation in the Bay of Bengal. The forecast suggests a chance of rain for the next two days across the state. Specifically, on Sunday, seven districts are expected to experience moderate to heavy rainfall, and an additional three districts are likely to see similar conditions on Monday. A yellow alert has been issued to the affected districts, advising residents to prepare for the upcoming weather conditions.

The Meteorological Department has forecasted the possibility of rain in the northern Telangana districts of Adilabad, Kumuram Bheem Asifabad, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Jagtial, Vikarabad, and Kamareddy. Specifically, the Asifabad and Mancherial districts might experience moderate to heavy rainfall tomorrow. Additionally, the Greater Hyderabad area is also on alert for heavy rains today and tomorrow, as per the latest updates from the weather department. Residents are advised to stay prepared and follow any instructions issued by local authorities.
