Wipro’s key statement in view of the rising COVID cases

The coronavirus epidemic is tightening its grip once again across the country. The new variant JN.1 is being feared by the authorities. In this context, IT giant Wipro has taken a key decision. It announced that appropriate measures are being taken to prevent employees from getting infected with the virus. For that, a flexible workplace policy is being adopted, the company added. According to the needs of the clients, a comfortable workplace will be provided to prioritize the well-being of the employees for professional growth, promised Wipro.

The IT company went on to add that precautionary measures are being taken with the fear that if the cases increase, the situation will get out of hand. The company is also issuing precautions to the employees. It is reported that the employees think that if the registration of cases increases, it would be better to provide work from home again.

The company clarified that since last November, the employees who have been fully vaccinated are coming to the offices for three days a week. Wipro has said in a statement that they are taking all necessary precautions in the current situation of a rise in corona spread again.
