India vs Ireland: Team India’s Strong Show in Under-19 World Cup

The Indian team’s strong performance persists in the Under-19 World Cup tournament. India secured a victory against Bangladesh in the first match. Team India won their second match in a row with the same energy. Mushir Khan scored 118 runs and captain Uday Saharan got 75 runs, helping Team India beat Ireland by 201 runs in Thursday’s Group-A League match.

India, after losing the toss, scored 301 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in 50 overs. Mushir and Uday helped India by scoring 156 runs together for the third wicket after the team had lost 2 wickets at just 80 runs. Ireland collapsed at just 100 runs in 29.4 overs. Daniel Forkin (27 not out) was the top scorer. Naman Tiwari took 4 wickets and Saumy Kumar Pandey took 3 wickets. Mushir was awarded ‘Player of the Match’.
